    Disappointed would be the word I will use in this case . My wife purchased some items from one store only to have to drive to another store to pick the rest of the bedroom suite up. Once she returned home and built the items they were loose , screws not holding . When I rang the store the only option was to Bri g them back and Waite two to three weeks for replacement . Faulty products, poor service, and no discount or better exchange policy. Now it is up to us to return the items and rebuild the new ones after we wait two to three weeks . There is nothing fantastic about this . No compensation for my time to have to return the items or to have to travel to the other store to pick up the items.

    They closed down the Ashley Furniture brand and rebranded the building Fantastic... Ashley customers don't exist to them anymore. They delivered me damaged parts and completely wrong parts in some cases and won't help me.

    Terrible service, would not recommend shopping here. Unless you are looking for dirt furniture and are on a budget, then MAYBE you can shop here..
