  Your staff are disgusting and I will avoid you like the plague. Was willing to buy something but you wouldn't hold it for me so I could get it home in a few weeks even as my only option was to wait for someone that was overseas and even though I was willing to pay for it there and then. Wanted to charge me $88 delivery for 2kms. Don't care about sales.

  Lady that serviced us in store was nice. People who sit behind the desk at the front need a serious attitude change!!! The way they speak is disgusting. Paid for delivery and removal of old furniture. When delivery people arrived they said they weren't taking old furniture, had to ring shop and get that sorted. Then got told it would be an extra fee ON TOP of the delivery I had already paid to bring the furniture in the house!!!! Totally rip off.

  My darghter bought a queen size bed from here and a leg boke six months later. Well she tried to get them to repair it but they say it not under warranty due to excessive force. All she did was sit on the bed. So they won't honor the warranty. Because she sat on it in the wrong spot according to them. Well i haven't finished with yet.

  Everybody please be careful. The bed we recieved was faulty. We had to cut the fabric to try to fix the issue.
