  Once I assembled the BBQ and found defects then that's where the awesome service stopped. Required numerous follow up phone calls and after allowing them to attempt to fix issues over a few months the manager allowed to get money back. Unfortunately this was only after they tried everything possible to make me feel it's my fault for the defects.
