  I love this store. Easy parking and friendly staff. Please do not grow into a Bunnings AKA Walmart of stuff, not hardware.

  I used to come to this store a lot but slowly Bunnings has taken all my business. After today's visit I doubt I will return. Your stuff is way over priced and your customer service is non existent. Plants blown over in the nursery blocking the paths and your staff run past them saying "it's to cold to deal with that". Weeds growing at the end of the displays, empty coke cans sitting on shelves. Keep going like this and i doubt you will be open much longer.

  Twice ive been here stood around and waited to be served after 5 mins walked out. Went to St Agnes store and was helped within 40 seconds. Surprisingly there were more customers at St Agnes store at the time too.

  For such a big store its such a let down to not approach your customers and ask them "how are you doing. Is there anything i can help you with"

  terrible, unhelpful, in polite staff. I asked for an item from a catalogue, staff tells me they have none in stock and that I would have to go to another store ... I then found at least ten of the items, bundled up with other catalogue items. Going through the check out, in polite etiquette, just made me want to get the hell out of there.

  Unfortunately i know where i will be going from now on and that is St Agnes because at least the staff there attempt to engage in what i think should be a mandatory meet and greet of the customers. At least acknowledge a person is in your store.

  Really poor I have been trying to contact Stratco at 5.20 S.A time as they close at 6 pm , I got a prerecorded mess to call within business hours and to leave a message when they are open tomorrow ?????????????????WHAT THE ??????.Very poor Stratco very poor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like Bunnings as they are open until 9 pm AND THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES WHEN THEY ARE OPEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we always try to support S.A owned .We would if they wee open when they should be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
