  the service was outstanding from Gino, thus being told it would take 3-4 days delivery i was cool with that, however now 7 days later due to circumstance beyond my control, albeit maybe the company also they said they would ring me on this Saturday ,,, a full week later,,,,, so i have been home waiting for this said phone call which is now 3pm, i been waiting since 9am,,,,,, i would hate to think after spending a few thousand $$$s this would be happening i would be even more furious.

  We visited a few retailers & surprisingly nobody really seemed to bother or want to spend anytime with us BUT then we walked into Dreamland Gepps Cross & Caroline was SENSATIONAL.!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Joe Caltabiano the "store manager" is completely incompetent. It is incredibly appalling that this store does not even abide by AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. Trying to get a refund for cancellation of a lay-by has taken over 7 weeks and had to be escalated through Consumer and Business Affairs. Phone calls have not been answered, emails ignored and face to face customer service (or lack there of..) has been disgusting. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

  Fantastic customer service from Sharna today. Bought a new mattress, nothing too much trouble. More than I can say for Haggle or Amart. Would not hesitate to purchase goods again.

  Enquired 1st about mattresses with Michael at Gepps Cross. His service was outstanding. I ended up buying adjustable bed from him because his service was far superior to any other sales peeps at competitors.
